Mother’s Day is my favorite because it’s a day that places a high value on moms + honors them the way that that they deserve everyday! Whether you are a biological mom, a spiritual mom, an adoptive mom, a birth mom, a step mom, a mom in law, a Grand-mom, a God mom, or play a role in someone’s life that is like a mom, we honor you today and everyday for the great unconditional love and sacrifice that you pour out in the seen and the unseen moments! We love you more than words!

Your WHY determines the actual motive of your heart. How do you keep your heart + body pure? Be ok with challenging your motives at all times. Ask God + yourself WHY you are doing or not doing something and be ok with waiting to move ahead until you get to a place we you can truly say that your motive is pure. Operating from Fear or Fear of Man is usually a red flag that whatever you are doing is not necessarily God’s best for your life.

This could be anything from eating healthy, drinking alcohol, drinking coffee, starting a business, taking a job, etc. If you are doing it to prove something or because you are afraid of what people think then it’s a good time to pause, reassess + possibly change your pattern.

For our family, we waited over 5 years for a child. The waiting was very painful but it taught us so much! The whole time we held on to each other + the promise of what could be.

This 1st picture was the exact vision for a baby girl that God gave us, I keep the picture on my phone + we even had her name picked out!

The 2nd picture is our baby girl that we prayed for now! She is a miracle + a great blessing and we are honored to be her parents. We don’t take the responsibility of giving her a beautiful family experience lightly.

For us the key was that we BELIEVED God even when it didn’t seem possible + that what we saw in our minds and hearts came to pass.

When we are having fun + laughing, a lot of feel-good hormones are released into the body. This means that the high-stress hormone, cortisol goes down.
