I follow the same guidelines when purchasing body products that I do with skincare and makeup. Most of us put much less emphasis on body products, when the scalp is one of the most absorbent parts of the body and... most of our skin is the skin on our bod!⁣⁣⠀

Some of these products can be a little higher in price ( brands going against the grain and sourcing responsibly) but bottom line—less ingredients, ingredients you recognize and even basics like straight up coconut oil are incredible swaps. ⁣⁣⠀
