architecture + design Bouley Restaurant , which entailed the redesign of the Bouley Bakery, was completed in February 2002 for David Bouley.
Tayar's projects include the Gansevoort Gallery, Waterloo Brasserie, Midway Restaurant, PoP Lounge, John Frieda Salon on Madison Avenue, and two residential lofts at 495 West street, all of which are located in New York City.
