🦋 Today I spent hours meditating and praying immersed in nature… and for the first time in a long time, I felt my sister’s presence so deeply.

When I opened my eyes, a cardinal flew by and instantly I knew it was a whisper from heaven. So I grabbed my headphones and decided to go for a walk. I told myself, “I want to listen to music that made my inner child happy,” so I put on an early 2000’s playlist on Spotify.

As I walked, I felt waves of chills and energy moving all over my body… the kind of feeling I only experience when I sense angels, spirit guides, or loved ones close by. It’s the same feeling I used to feel constantly after my sister first passed away.

It’s been almost three years since she went to heaven, and truthfully I haven’t felt her much lately… which oddly made me happy because I believe she’s finally at peace, somewhere beautiful beyond what we can imagine. But today… I knew she was with me.

Then Janet Jackson’s “Together Again” started playing.

I was smiling, fully in what I call my 🦋✨ energy… connected to my inner child, feeling light again. As I started listening closely to the lyrics, the sun suddenly began shining brighter directly onto my face… and right in front of me, a monarch butterfly flew by.

At that moment I knew… she was singing to me. 🥹
