Join Anna Vollmar for this movement based lecture on the incredible correlations in the human body, not only structurally but in energetic connections throughout our form.
In this workshop, we will zoom in on different locations that reflect or mirror each other, taking a closer look at bony composition and landmarks, as well as the neuromyofascial structures surrounding. We will collaboratively explore the relationships in imagery in these areas, as well as energy and movement. The end of the workshop is reserved for a live Q&A!

The Advanced Certification at elevate was developed as a year long program meant to address the needs of instructors maturing in their respective movement fields. Open to all movement professionals, the program guides students into a deepening of their teaching by refining their palpation, observation and critical thinking skills, addressing more advanced movement ideas and encouraging independent thought. Teacher and student are in process together creating a community of collaboration and sophistication while encouraging individual creativity.

The program will include monthly core lecture labs, twice monthly supervision sessions, independent study in a topic of your choosing and two workshops at elevate.

🌟EXCITING NEWS🌟 starting 9/16 I’ll be on staff at Broadway Dance Center teaching Pilates Mat every Monday at 9:00am in their beautiful Lincoln Center location on 65th and Broadway inside the BDC children and teen studios. My class focuses on proper alignment and biomechanics, is accessible for people working through injury, as well as leaving with full body integration and engagement.
