The past few months I have been taking part in this amazing mentorship program at Yoga Vida. We have put together a service project happening THIS Thursday. Proceeds go to Exhale to Inhale which is a beautiful organization benefiting survivors of Trauma.

I will be leading the Restorative portion of class as well as providing aromatherapy throughout. Hope to see you there!

So, what exactly IS a women’s circle? The short answer is that it is ancient tradition for women to hold community, to share space, knowledge, connect, and release. This tradition was lost for hundreds of years. Now, more women’s circles are popping up all over the world as we’re returning to our roots, ourselves, and each other.

Bring nothing but yourself to our Women’s Circle (Full Moon in Leo and Lunar Eclipse). We will begin with a discussion of our transitions into the New Year, how we are keeping up with our goals, and most importantly, celebrating our accomplishments. We close with a guided meditation.
