Demi-permanent glazes have long been my go-to for restoring tone, shine, and smoothness. But even with the best professional color lines, the custom glazes we created never fully met my expectations - they over-deposited, lifted unintentionally, pulled warmth, faded too quickly, and rarely delivered the shine I envisioned.

So I set out to create something better.

After years of formulating, we developed a breakthrough line of sheer glazes powered by artisanal ingredients - designed to work like magic in just 7-10 minutes:

The large doors at Sea Ranch, the rambling creative compound in Montauk that architect-designers Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch have cultivated for the last 20 years, have no screens. ⁠

On summer evenings, the co-founders of the architecture and design practice leave them wide open—embracing all manner of wildlife that drifts indoors from the lush grounds beyond. “We kind of love that,” Standefer muses. Rabbits and butterflies are not the only houseguests that CULTURED’s guest editors have ushered through Sea Ranch’s doors. Members of the duo’s Montauk community—a cadre of the likeminded, from passionate rock collectors to fashion designers and gallerists—seem always to be arriving or departing. ⁠
