It’s the beginning of a new month.
I came across a few ways to get yourself more active with movement.
Either with exercise or just moving the body.
Spring is near.
Good weather is on the way!!!!
Actionable Tips to Start:
· Prepare Ahead: Put your workout gear in a visible place to make starting easier.
· Schedule It: Treat your workout as an "unmissable" appointment.
· Practice Self-Compassion: If you miss a day, just get back on track the next—be kind to yourself.
· Use Affirmations: Remind yourself "I can and I will" to overcome self-doubt.
Use the first of the month to set new, actionable, and small goals. A little progress each day adds up to big results.
Get a workout buddy or join a group class to boost accountability and enjoyment.
Prevent boredom by trying new classes and workouts.
Start with manageable, shorter workouts, building a rhythm that fits into your daily life.
Shift motivation from purely physical outcomes to the mental benefits: increased energy, reduced stress, improved mood, and better sleep.
