Motherhood is a roller coaster ride. It’s a juggle that never gets easier, you learn to adjust, accept ˖ adapt. Motherhood means everything to me, it saved me (literally); it has made me a better person ˖ bought a deeper meaning to my life. Motherhood means family, happiness, love, contentment - I sense of completeness. Some days are hard ˖ some days are easy but ultimately the joy of raising small humans is gift. Motherhood can be boring ˖ monotonous yet every day brings something new ˖ I am continually learning more about myself, my teenage son ˖ looking forward to meet my new baby. I know my children will never cease to amaze me with what they learn ˖ how they change each day. Because of motherhood I have an unconditional love ˖ a protective force that I never knew existed; my children, my family are my everything.

Can we normalize complaining or ranting about how hard pregnancy is WITHOUT others making them feel bad about it?! I find that mommies to be are scared to complain because “a women trying would love to be you”.
We’re supposed to love being knocked up, but for some of us, that’s just not reality. We’re sick, we’re tired, we hurt, we feel like elephants ˖ we’re worried all the time.
It is a special time, but also a very intense period of physical, mental ˖ emotional change. Some negative emotions can be very normal ˖ it’s important to acknowledge that, or women can feel isolated ˖ guilty.
There’s nothing wrong with having a realistic reaction to an intense reality.

There’s many factors as to why you might have a double chin. Age, diet, genetic ˖ posture can play a role in developing this extra layer of fat.
❌ CAUTION ❌ bruising can occur so be sure to use enough oil to help keep the cups gliding smoothly ˖ moving when on skin. Cupping takes more practice if you’ve never done it so be sure to take your time or consult with a skin therapist.

20 outta 10 I recommend booking your stay at ; Margie and her staff were the sweetest. Our tiny house (Green Bean) was more than enough for my boyfriend and I. It was fully equipped with your everyday necessities including a fully functional bathroom. Our tiny house sat right by the river so hearing the rush of the water by the fire pit nightly was very grounding. Waking up to the sounds of Mother Nature was much more invigorating than waking up to my norm city life. Neighboring towns like Woodstock was a very short drive; so eating out and etc is easily accessible not to mention the abundance of hiking trails. We look forward to going back ☃️
