Flying over the southernmost tip of Greenland I spotted a structure that looked like a very short landing strip with lights on at one end. The picture is not very clear, sorry. When I tried to find this on Google I got nothing. Does anyone know what man made structure this is? Thanks!

Harihar Fort, also known as Harshagad, is located 40 km from the city of Nashik, 48 km from Igatpuri, and 40 km from Ghoti in the Nashik district of Maharashtra, India.

It was built during the period of the Seuna dynasty (9th - 14th century) and was later handed over to Khan Zamam in 1636, along with Trymbak and other forts in Pune.

The fort features a rocky staircase for ascending and descending, which is 1 meter wide and 60 meters high, with niches carved into the rock. The staircase has 117 steps. To reach the fort, one must first climb an initial staircase (main entrance) and walk under an overhang with a steep incline. Then, one must climb a second staircase (with niches), pass through a stairway inside the rock, and finally reach the top.

The Happisburgh footprints represent a collection of ancient hominid footprints dating back to the latter part of the Early Pleistocene, approximately between 950,000 and 850,000 years ago.

These footprints were uncovered in May 2013 within a freshly exposed sediment layer of the Cromer Forest Bed, located on a beach in Happisburgh, Norfolk, England. They were meticulously documented in 3D photographs shortly before succumbing to destruction by the incoming tide.

The findings related to these footprints were publicly shared on 7 February 2014, where they were recognised as the earliest known hominid footprints found outside of Africa.
Prior to this discovery at Happisburgh, the title for the oldest known footprints within Europe was held by the Ciampate del Diavolo tracks, located at the Roccamonfina volcano in Italy, which have been dated to roughly 350,000 years ago.
