Another earned badge, but I must admit this one took the longest time ever!
I began this program June 2024, but injured my shoulder the last week before completion.
After several weeks of pain, physical therapy and being out of commission to my daily workout routine I had surgery. Soon afterwards, I pushed play to Chop Wood Carry Waterfor the second time, but came short just one workout.
That one workout was based on all primal movements which requires squatting, lunging, hinging (bending at the waist), pushing, pulling, rotating (twisting), and gait (walking and running) and I finished it today! Praise the Lord!🙌🙌

2025 starts with a bang!🎉 Began this program four weeks ago to gain momentum in 2025! Absolutely loved this program and the gals I worked beside on screen!❤️

Reindeer Run has become one of my favorite Christmas traditions!🦌👟🎄
A couple of notes to self . . .
👟 I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me! Philippians 4:13 (I didn’t feel as prepared as I should have been, but I persevered!)
👟Wear my Savvi compression leggings next year! (second year in a row my leggings were falling down)
👟Continue taking care of my joints and muscles with my rehabilitation regiment. (this was the first 5K ever that I felt no pain in my knee joints and calf muscles)
Thank you to my daughter Gianna and my husband Gary for pushing me to participate when I was feeling down on myself.
Thank you Jesus for giving me the strength!🙏🏻❤️

Have you ever had too many avocados ripen at the same time?
This weekend I tried this new recipe Paleo Baked Egg in Avocado, and I also made my own guacamole.🥑🥚It brings me so much joy serving something new and healthy for my family to enjoy!☺️ Serving size is half an avocado,
The guacamole dip (not pictured) can be served with with carrots and celery rather than chips as a healthier option.🥕 They were both delish! 😋
