:: the big one ::
This one is the biggest one. Some will love it. Some will hate it. And for those who hate it - I apologize in advance. It’s never my intention to upset my clients.
It also was never my intention to take away from my family. My kids. It was said to me this way this week - “every time I say yes to a client, I say no to my kids” and that was enough to make me shift my thinking.
My family will soon undergo an internal schedule restructure which means my business needs to restructure to fit my family. Effective 12/5 I will be swapping my day OFF from Monday (currently) to FRIDAY (future) I have pushed this date out to accommodate for many scheduled Fridays. If I have not already rescheduled you - I will be in touch.
The next, and final change is the bigger part. Effective 3/1/2023 Saturday will no longer be a working day for me. This is not a decision I have made on a whim. It has been something that has weighed so heavily on me. But just as above “saying yes to working a Saturday - is saying no to my kids playing soccer” or going out of town with my family, a classmates birthday party, a friend or family member’s wedding shower, baby shower, or worse a friend’s wedding. I know that won’t fit into everyone’s schedule, however I am mom/wife FIRST! I have to do what’s best for MY family! I have to say YES to my kids being able to be active in their social lives, sports, etc again!
I hope that y’all will understand this isn’t about you personally. This is about me and my family! I love you all and thank you for enduring change with me. 💜💜💜

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective IMMEDIATELY ALL NEW clients will be required to pay a retainer fee that will be used towards the service booked. This fee will vary based on the service being booked. I will also require a card on file for the booked appointment.
Fortunately I don’t see many no shows, but when I do, it stinks. It takes away from my loyal clients who faithfully show up, and it takes away from my family. That is totally unfair to my clients and myself. I am currently booking 3-4 weeks out. No shows are unacceptable.
*NO SHOW* will forfeit the amount of the retainer fee in addition to the difference of 100% of the appointment total being charged to card on file.
*24 HOUR* any cancellation within 24 hours will forfeit the amount of retainer fee in addition to the difference of 50% of the appointment total being charged to the card on file.
*48 HOURS* any cancellation within 48 hours will forfeit the amount of retainer fee.
I understand things happen outside of our control - and I do my best to understand. This small fee helps offset my costs of products purchased for your appointment and time lost.

It’s my least favorite part of what I do. I’d much rather just spend my time with y’all - my friend clients!
Pricing. It is what it is y’all. Products/supplies have just continued to rise, so my prices must.
Effective 11/1 you will see a minimal increase in your pricing. I know this may affect budgets - so please reach out to me regarding currently scheduled appointments.
