YOUR NECK IS STRANGLING YOUR BRAIN (AND IT’S NOT JUST A STIFFNESS).
THE ANATOMY OF THE CHOKEPOINT
Look closely at this visualization. Underneath those "tight" neck muscles—the Suboccipitals—lies the most critical intersection in your body. In the US, we are facing an epidemic of "Brain Fog" and chronic fatigue.
