When Blanc Noir Hair opened in 2012, we had big dreams to shake things up in Orange County to bring something new and influential. Over the last 10 years we have had the opportunity to grow many stylists and service thousands of guest. We believe we shook up OC and raised the standard for salons. It has been a honor and a privilege to have served you. If you are reading this, at one point you have been a client or still are. THANK YOU, for all the support and love we have shared. It is with a heavy heart we must close Blanc Noir Hairdressing’s doors as of June 1st. This was a tough decision, It’s not easy to close a chapter on a decade of magic. However we believe the time has come to move forward. The last few years for business has not been easy and 2022 has been the toughest. We cannot continue to deliver at the standards we demand with the current economy and increasing overhead cost. This is not the end for us and our team. We will all now be located inside of Jennifer’s Beauty Spot just up the road on Newport blvd and 17th street. Your appointments dates and times will be transferred and remain booked and the phone number to text will remain the same. You will see the same team you know and trust, just with a new home. Jennifer’s Beauty Spot is beautiful and welcoming to you and us. Please at this time we ask if you have any questions to please reach out through email and not text. As we prepare for Thanksgiving and reflecting back on 2021, as a business we just want to thank you for standing by us through staff shortages, supply chain issues, and the many changes to the structure of businesses throughout the United States. We at Blanc Noir Hairdressing are humbled by the support of our faithful guests. If I was to tell you that 2021 was better than 2020 that would simply be untrue. 2021 was/is the hardest business year that we have endured. When we were founded in 2012 we set out to make our mark as a salon that was doing things that no other salon was doing and we did that. The first balayage focus salon. We won best hair color salon eight years in a row written up in several magazines and featured on several websites. We have trained some of the top stylist in orange county that have gone on to do great things in our industry. Our commitment to you has never wavered . In past and from this point forward we commit ourselves to offering Premier services that give our guest an individualized look that doesn’t look the same as everyone else but is customized for you as a person, your lifestyle and your maintenance. All that we ask of you is to have grace and patience with us as we transition through this new world. We have heard your voice we have listened to your feedback and 2022 is going to be the best year yet. As a company we are committed to offering a diverse and inclusive salon environment we are now offering gender neutral Pricing which we believe reflects the ideology of our business and the world. We have some updates!

Dear Blanc Noir Hairdressing community,

Here are some new updates with our business:

All of our staff will remain wearing masks at this time.

• If you are vaccinated you do not have to wear mask while in the salon.

We have updated our pricing for all new clients. This does not affect any current clients that are seeing us and our amazing staff.

•If you would like to refer any of our staff a client please have them text the front desk at 949-478-2782 for booking & pricing or we have our pricing listed on our website blancnoirhairdressing.com

• When current client pricing does increase we will let you know ahead of time.

Everyone is slowly getting back to pre pandemic life and our team is currently booked out a few weeks in advance.

• We encourage you to prebook your appointments so that you don't have to worry about getting in when you need to! Even booking your next 2-3 appointments is even better!

• Due to how busy our staff currently is we ask that you please follow our cancellation policy.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time. There will be a $50 fee for any cancellations or no shows that are less than 24 hours notice.

We are open...for now

We are currently still open for business and have not had any information given to us to close.

Orange County is currently at 20.6% ICU remaining capacity. Once we are at 15% then Hair salons will need to be shut down for the time being.

We will send out an email once we know we will need to shut down, as we are watching it closely.

We want to continue to do hair and keep you & our staff safe so please make sure you you follow all protocols & guidelines put into place here at the salon.
