Explore building healthy habits beyond the basics of nutrition and fitness. Imagine relaxation, massages, DIY projects, inspiring speakers, group activities, and expert sessions on nutrition, fitness, creativity, goal setting, and mental well-being. And we can't forget the importance of a little retail therapy, be prepared to shop! Oh, let us not forget to mention… each night wraps up with dinner and a show!

We have a fun weekend in store for you. At the time you enter, we will greet you with a robe and slippers for luxurious spa treatments such as foot soaks, paraffin wax treatments, various massages, etc.
