Lately, I’ve been reminded that healing doesn’t always come in loud moments — sometimes it’s found in stillness, quiet prayer, deep breaths, and allowing God to carry what we were never meant to hold alone.

My massage room continues to become more than just a place for bodywork. It’s becoming a space of peace, comfort, release, and renewal. A place to slow down from the noise of life and reconnect with what truly matters.

“Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

If your body has been tense, your mind overwhelmed, or your spirit tired… maybe this is your reminder to pause and receive care too. 🤍

I’ve been feeling called to soften, to simplify, to create a space that feels even more grounded, peaceful, and intentional. A place where you can truly exhale the moment you walk in. This little refresh is more than just moving things around—it’s about aligning the energy of this space with the deeper healing I want to offer.

Every detail here is chosen with care… the warmth, the earth tones, the stillness. It’s all meant to support you in slowing down, letting go, and reconnecting with yourself.

As I continue to grow, learn, and evolve, this space will too. And I’m so grateful to share that journey with you.

With a grateful heart, I want to share a small update within Next Level Massage + Wellness.

At this time, I will no longer be accepting new clients FOR DEEP TISSUE. My cup is full — and I truly mean that in the most humbling and thankful way. Each of you who trusts me with your massage care, your healing, and your time… I carry that deeply. 🤍

As I continue to pour into those already established, I feel led to begin filling new cup — one that allows growth, support, and expansion within this space.

I’m grateful to have Tiffanie stepping up as part of this next chapter. She is here to welcome new clients into Next Level and help support and expedite care for established clients as well.

Tiffanie offers:
• Swedish Massage with presence
• Deep Tissue / Therapeutic Bodywork with custom pressure
• Cupping Therapy

If it has been some time since we’ve worked together you may be scheduled with Tiffanie. This allows me to stay present with those currently on my table, while still ensuring you are supported and cared for, while focusing on new therapeutic modalities to calm the nervous system for mental and emotional wellness.
