Had a great glute and hammie day!! Thanks to everyone who tuned into my workout on my story today :) I know I didn’t work my back today but I’ve been feeling soooo proud of the progress so far… so had to share ❤️ progress over perfection always

Monday is quad day 🤩😮‍💨 feeling great!! Really looking forward to the last 2 months until I’m at 1 year of fitness!! Trying to really hold myself accountable and to be the best version of myself I can be🥰🥰 happy Monday everyone!! Wishing you a good workout

Posting on social media has never been a strong suit of mine. When I feel like I have too, I don’t want too. So I just have to keep reminding myself that when I post, it’s for me. It’s the same way with the gym. I go for no one else but myself. But with that, I wanna start posting more :) even if it’s once a week or whatever, but I have been learning SO much in the gym and in my online classes! It’s really been motivating me and reminding me why I even started posting in the first place, which is to help inform people and make things not look so scary ❤️ so here’s me putting myself out there, showing you guys that with hard work, you can do anything!! Ive been gradually increasing my gym frequency, constantly tweaking my split to find the perfect balance for me, and here is where it’s gotten me 🥹 I’ve been trying my best to follow my macros, especially with being in a deficit the past couple months, and I’ve been going to the gym about 5 days a week and try to live a very active lifestyle. This has been the most AMAZING journey and I’m not stopping anytime soon😘
Also thought it was important to include the pics of me not flexing, bc you don’t walk around flexing all day, so I wanna show what I look like 99% of the time

Leg day with the sis❤️🏋️‍♀️ deloading is still going well, although I’m starting to be more insecure because I know I can do more weight than I am. BUT I also know that I need to do this deload for my overall health and it’ll be better for me down the road💜

WHAT a TRANSFORMATION!!!
This is a great example of ✨it’s a process✨ as you can see in her before picture, we were working with grown out brown and black dye, but eventually we want it too all be grey to match her roots. But I didn’t want to jeopardize the integrity of her hair so we started it off with a full highlight! We easily got most of them to a level 8, but we definitely still have a while to go! Stay tuned for more progress on her :) ❤️

Hello out there!!! First off I wanna say I’m sorry for the inactivity :( it was unfair to you guys. But to be quite honest I was really disheartened and didn’t have the motivation to keep posting while I was looking for a new salon. BUT!!! I am SOOOOO pleased and EXCITED to announce I will be working at salon🤩🎉🥳!! I’m working at the carmel location and my books will be opening 3/21 💜💜 I’ll be there Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday!
This is not my only exiting news! I am also in the process of becoming a personal trainer and nutritional coach, and hope to be done with my schooling within the next month or 2 and I can’t wait to be offering those services!! I will definitely be making another post about it when I am closer to reaching my goal but just wanted to keep y’all updated❤️ you know I am an All in one type of person and I just love being able to help people feel good about themselves :)
With these exciting changes I’m doing some rebranding to help really reflect who I am and what I do. BIG Thank you to my family and friends who have been there for me through this hard time but especially thank you to you guys for sticking by me and being patient while I figure out my life haha 🥰 but I knew everything would be worth it. I am such a firm believer in everything happens for a reason and this whole process has definitely been proving that.
With that, please keep going and don’t ever stop trying to reach your goals💜 always be the best you that you can be and the world will thank you 😊
