LETTER FROM MAX-
I can't believe how much support we got today. If you got your car washed or made a donation we truly appreciate it and I promise that it's going to a good cause! Our biggest fundraiser yet was a massive success but let me tell you... if there was one thing that I realized today is that I am so well taken care of. I'm so thankful for all of the volunteers (kids and adults ), sponsors, food trucks, vendors, and people who came out to help and I just can't come up with the words. Like we said during the drag show, it is so important to reach out to your community for help and know that I will always be there for any of you even if it's blazing hot and sunny! I've been shown how much strength my community has and I'm forever grateful
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and sorry if you got sunburnt
Love, Max

I had to make a separate post just to recognize the incredible vendors who came out today to support Team Max.
While it wasn't as busy for them as I had hoped, every single one of them was gracious, kind, and supportive throughout the day. We are so thankful they chose to spend their day with us and be part of this fundraiser.
The food was absolutely amazing, and after getting to try it myself, I can honestly say I'll be supporting these businesses again in the future. If you ever have the chance to visit them, I highly recommend it!
Thank you all for supporting Max and our family. We truly appreciate you!

Today's car wash was a complete and utter success!
I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make today happen. Thank you to our volunteers, sponsors, vendors, food trucks, donors, and everyone who came out to support Team Max.
A special thank you goes to the amazing students from Fishers High School Performing Arts. They worked incredibly hard all day to support one of their own, and I couldn't be more proud of them. Their energy, teamwork, and willingness to help made such a huge difference.
I'm posting a lot of pictures, and there will definitely be more to come because there was just no way to narrow them down to only a few! Today was full of great memories, and I wanted to share as many of them as I could.
Thank you again to everyone who helped make today such a success. We appreciate every one of you!

I'm looking for one more vendor—specifically someone who loves to bake and would like to sell cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cake pops, or any other baked treats.

I know this is last minute, but I've been searching high and low to find the perfect addition.

We have some absolutely amazing food trucks participating in our car wash fundraiser this Saturday, and I am so thankful for each and every one of them!

The only requirement is that you already have a permit to sell in the City of Fishers, since there isn't enough time to obtain one before Saturday.

If you're interested, or if you're another type of vendor who would like to participate, please send me a message. There is no fee for a vendor spot, and we'd love to have you join us while helping support Cota in honor of Team Max!

I have to admit, getting a bit nervous about the car wash on Saturday, what if nobody shows up? 🤪

Hi everyone!

We're beginning to plan what will most likely be our final fundraiser for COTA in honor of Max before his kidney transplant—a charity motorcycle ride with Iron Legacy Motorcycle Club on October 3rd benefiting COTA for Team Max.

As they plan the ride route, they'd like to make a few stops at local businesses along the way. They may start with breakfast at Ginger's and then continue to other businesses where riders can stop, take a break, and support local owners.

We're looking for suggestions for businesses in Fishers, Noblesville, or the surrounding areas that would be a great fit for a motorcycle stop. Restaurants, coffee shops, Harley-Davidson dealerships, breweries, shops, attractions, or any other motorcycle-friendly businesses are all welcome. If you own a business or have a connection with one that would enjoy hosting a stop, we'd love to hear from you!

We're hoping to make this final COTA fundraiser before Max's transplant our biggest and most successful one yet. Thank you for all of the love and support you've shown our family throughout this journey. We can't wait to make this ride a memorable day for everyone involved!
