Springtime is here, and so is the infamous Spring Lash Shed! Blame Mother Nature’s mood swings—extra sunlight, pollen, and bipolar weather are the culprits.

It happens every year, twice a year, Spring and Fall and there’s barely anything we can do about it. It’s going to last about 4-8 weeks depending on you as an individual, and it looks different for everyone!

Here are some tips to help your lashes along the way:

- Don’t pick or pull. They will shed naturally.
- Use gentle face products and remember oil free makeup.
- Wash daily, or even 2x a day for my crusty eye girlies.
- Keep up with lash fills, every 2-3 weeks.
- Use allergy eye drops to help symptoms of itching, swelling, redness, or runny eyes (I’m not a doctor, these are just suggestions)
- Use a lash serum. It may help speed up the process while making your lashes longer and stronger. (Link in bio to the one I personally use)
