Our massage and bodywork include several modalities including Thai Yoga, neuromuscular, deep tissue, Swedish, and cranio-sacral. Whether the intention is to relieve pain, promote relaxation, increase range of motion and flexibility, to release energy blockages, or any combination of these; we will custom tailor our services to meet individual circumstances. Our staff is engaged in ongoing continuing education and takes the approach that we can always become more effective at what we do. Along with a balanced diet, exercise, and positive human interaction, we encourage our guests to focus inward and pay attention to their mind and body with respect and compassion.
