A fun trick to see if you have healthy hair. When your hair is stiff, you either have dry hair or over moisturize hair. You need a good balance. So for those who see these videos and you love the way the girls hair is. This is an easy test to see if your hair will come out like theirs. A lot of times you all have dry hair or over moisturize hair and you’re confused on why your hair is stiff and not flowing. Split ends also play a part in this. Hope this helps

Question; When I tell people| used to service certain things that is factual and I give them examples they never believe it and disregard what I say? ThenI knowin minds they think I'm stupid!!
Then all of sudden months-years later, they hear another Stylist saying the EXACT something I said and believe them
Immediately! No questions asked.
Even though that stylist MEVER serviced them nor they know they exist.

I see a lot of stylist, saying that ponytails break your hair off 🫤huh??? How??? I never understood it because it never happened to me, my mother or sister! The only time my hair broke off is when I didn’t take care of it. Now that I’m taking care of it and it’s always in a ponytail, it doesn’t break off at all and I do use Ponytail holders, cotton scarves , and cotton pillowcases. And in this photo, my hair has not been cut sense December of 2022. This was taken 2 weeks ago
