An important homebuyer tip related to credit is to maintain a good credit score. Your credit score plays a significant role in securing favorable mortgage terms and interest rates. To improve and maintain your credit score:
1. Pay your bills on time: Timely payment of credit card bills, loans, and other debts demonstrates responsible financial behavior.
2. Keep credit utilization low: Try to use a low percentage of your available credit to show that you can manage your debt responsibly. Aim to keep your credit utilization below 30% of your credit limit.
3. Avoid opening new credit accounts before applying for a mortgage: Opening new credit accounts can temporarily lower your credit score. It’s best to wait until after you’ve secured your mortgage to explore new credit options.
4. Regularly review your credit reports: Check your credit reports from the major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) for errors or discrepancies. If you find any inaccuracies, report them and have them corrected promptly.
By maintaining good credit habits, you increase your chances of qualifying for a mortgage with favorable terms, which can save you money over the life of your loan.

I would like to dedicate this day of to my mother .... my mother was adopted and raised in the rough streets of Miami Fl... She had her first child at the young age of 15.... although she dropped out of high school... she managed to graduate from Cosmotology school at 18... As a single mother of 3... I grew up watching my mother struggle... sometimes she had to maintain 3 jobs just to put food on the table.. despite it all she never gave up on her passion of with a few failed attempts of Opening her own salon throughout her 20’s... She later decided to open at the age of 37... We started with NOTHING and at the time was living in government assistant homes... as the only African American nail salon owner in a flea market dominated by Asians at that time she never gave up or in.. after 2 yrs we opens TippieToes2... right at the height of our opening and her career she was diagnosed with Leukemia.. after 2 yrs of chemotherapy she didn’t give up and went right back to work.. NO hair... weak.. but she didn’t care! After a long battle of 4yrs of being in and out of hospitals she lost her battle..... Although she was gone in the flesh her spirit maintained the brand and business for OVER 12yrs & counting!!! A true pioneer..warrior.. angel... my Shero..... happy mama I love you! WE love & miss you! FOREVER

How do you greet in Yoruba?
Ẹ n lẹ (en-le): Hello
The tradition of the Yoruba people places much emphasis on greetings generally – it's a very significant part of their culture, especially when addressing older people. The women kneel down to greet, while the men lay flat on the ground facing downwards. Taking a Knee signifies RESPECT... it’s OUR CULTURE... now we are losing our jobs as athletes if we show the proper respect for all of the that have been taken in away.. unapologetically finding my roots!!

🌼🌼🌼🌼🌞🌕🌙💫⭐️ @ Osun-Osogbo
My first time in the presence of a REAL KING!!!!
The festival of Osun-Osgobo, which takes place every year in Osogbo, Nigeria, celebrates the goddess of fertility, Osun. The festival renews the contract between humans and the divine: Osun offers grace to the community; in return, it vows to honor her Sacred Grove.
And the queen has made it back home!! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I’ve been blessed to visit a lot of places... see a lot of things.. but NOTHING tops being in .. walking on the grounds my ancestors walked.. eating the TRUE LEARNING our REAL and ... there’s been a few moments when I question myself.. I’m saddened on my departure from my family & the fact that I had to close but then I’m reminded and encouraged by the thoughts of my ancestors being enslaved stolen from their farms.. royalty.. family.. and them being able to not only survive but BUILD & CREATE America... I was able to make a name for myself.. create a brand.. following.. wealth.. and show my fellow African Americans how to do it properly... now I’ve been chosen to return home.. and rebuild all of the wealth my ancestors were taken away from.... this is my journey that I’m sharing with you all... always remember if I can do it.. so can you.. find your destiny and create greatness... this is the
