Breast cancer is a disease that many people are fighting with. People who detect it in it’s early stages have a very high chance of recovery, so the periodic examination is extremely important! Make sure you regularly examine your breasts on your own and check if there are any lumps or coloration changes (ex. spots of redness). Also mammography is an ideal thing to do in order to see the actual status. If you feel any lumps or see anything that has changed in the appearance of your breast (color, shape) make sure you contact the doctor as soon as possible.
