My word of the year is Health. What does it mean to you to be healthy in today's society? Is it a number on a scale, is it fitting into a size 4 Jeans is it about that salad you ate on Monday? Could it mean seeking therapy, working on the things that you pushed down over the years, working on your mental health and stability overall? Maybe it's simply finding your joy and understanding that until you have your joy nothing will be enough.
Whatever your word is may you find it. Whatever your joy is may you embrace it . I love you all and I can't wait to see what Healthy Turtle has to bring this late summer/fall.
