NEW SALON PROTOCOL

Hello clients!
Good news! This Friday, May 8th, salons are allowed to reopen!
I have a LOT of work to do to contact and reschedule those that have missed appointments. So, please be patient with me if you message and it takes me a bit to get back with you.
Now, there will be a few changes and inconveniences for the time being. You all know I book many weeks in advance and, often, my evenings are booked with staggered appointments.
-Those of you that are booked from May 8th on, your appointments are secure.
-Those of you that were booked from March 16th - May 7th, since most of you are scheduled for the year, I will be asking for volunteers to skip rescheduling and just come on in to your next scheduled appointment. This will be FAR easier than trying to reschedule your appointments for the year.
-I'll be reaching out to everyone in the order of their cancellation, starting with those scheduled on March 16th.
-I'll be extending my salon hours for the time being to allow as many rescheduled appointments as I can. Please understand that this is only temporary. Once I get through this, I'll be going back to my normal salon hours.
-Please be flexible. If you want an evening appointment and I'm already booked, I can't fit you into a space that doesn't exist. You may have to accept an unusual time in order to get in. Again, this is only temporary.
-All clients must remain 6 feet apart from other clients, unless you reside together.
-All clients MUST come in wearing a mask and gloves. No exceptions. Unfortunately, I cannot provide these for you. You will have to provide your own.
-If you are feeling even slightly unwell, please reschedule.
-If I am still with a guest when you arrive to your appointment, please remain in the hallway until I am finished and have sanitized my suite.
-I have canceled my vacation that was scheduled at the end of May. Not being able to work has changed a lot of plans for John and me. But this opens up an entire week in my schedule. Again, I'll reach out to you in order of cancellation.

I know this sounds very rigid but I must do all I can to protect you, my family and myself. Thank you for hanging in there! Now, let's get ready to get beautiful (and handsome)!
