First I want to say, I still stand behind Urban Retreat. 💯 But I can’t offer you anything from them until they rebuild. This will probably take six months.
It was Urban Retreat that opened my mind to Omni Marketing though in the first place. So I’ve decided to incorporate multiple things I love.

What makes Lemongrass Spa special is that they are really, really clean. Their standards are not just banning 1400 chemicals but all the questionable chemicals. I landed at EU standards because it is super difficult to find really clean brands that are effective. And if they are, they are super expensive. That is not the case with Lemongrass Spa. Not only are they effective, they are affordable!
I’m honestly fine with EU standards but some of you are not. I know because you’ve told me. I listen! So I hope you know how much I care because I’ve gone through a lot to find this option for you. I’m happy I found it for me too.

Today I got the news that our UR warehouse (not our manufacturing facility) caught on fire. It was a pretty bad fire and I’m grateful no one was hurt. I had to process this news for a little while and get all the information. We are surrounded by the best leaders and support system. We had a great zoom call with our teams and we had great ideas and ways we can keep going.
Thankfully UR manufactures their own products and this did not happen in our manufacturing facilities, it was a distribution facility.
I am confident we will be back up and running again soon. For now, we have stopped orders on the site itself so that nothing is left unfulfilled while this is being figured out. I know for my customers specifically, orders were made and fulfilled before this happened. If anyone’s wasn’t shipped, they will be refunded until they can be fulfilled.
I’m grateful for the transparency and responsibility taken by the company even in the devastation they were going through to take care of us and the customers immediately.

This is how I felt at the end with my last company. Then I got the gut punch at the very end that the products had changed. I knew right then and there I was jumping ship. 🚢
