Each year on April 30th, National Hairstylist Appreciation Day honors hairstylists everywhere who make artful hairstyles possible. A talented hairstylist will not only make you look good but also make you feel good. This day also celebrates the uniqueness of all styles of hair.

First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you for the continued love and support you have always shown me. You all have a very special place in my heart. This announcement does not come easy for me so I’m just going to come out and say it, an opportunity in Texas has presented itself that I just can’t refuse. This is something that I have talked about for years but I never expected for things to move along so suddenly. With all this being said, my last day at Bling It On Beauty Salon will be March 20th. This is nothing short of heartbreaking for me and I am in tears as I write this. I am really so very sorry to those of you that I haven’t been able to get ahold of yet and you are learning about this here. I have been frantically trying to call everyone with appointments after the 20th. You are all my second family and I will miss you so much!!!

*For those of you that have appointments after the 20th, I’ll be in touch to figure out when to get you in my chair before then or to see if we can get you scheduled with another stylist. I am very sorry for the short notice!!!*

Who’s ready for spring?

During the shut down (back in March 2020 😬) I took a few online courses. These courses were really just refreshers for me, but now I certificates with my name on them 🥰 Well today I finally hung those certificates. It only took me 10 months to do it 😂 My hope is that everyone feels just a little bit safer coming into the salon.

Yay!!!! I’m back and can’t wait to see everyone!!

Surgery day..... things went well. It’s all done and now it’s time for me to recover. I’m doing pretty well. Little bit of pain but not bad. Can’t wait to see everyone when I get back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My hair lovelies...... I only have 2 appointments available before I am on leave for HAIRCUTS ONLY, I don’t have any more space for color or perms. I have Wednesday 12/2 at 10 am or Thursday 12/3 at 2 pm. Let me know as soon as possible if you would like one of these spots. Once these spots are full, my books will be closed until I return. I appreciate each and every one of you and the patience you have shown me. I am so incredibly grateful for my hair family!!!

I want to inform everyone and give as much notice as possible that on Dec 9th I will be having surgery and will be out of the salon until about the 20th of January. I know timing isn’t the best since it’s right around the holidays and I’m truly sorry for that. I will be in touch with everyone that has appointments during that time to see if we can get you in before hand. I really appreciate your understanding!!! I absolutely love my hair family!!!
