We spent the week at The Vital Stretch® HQ welcoming teams from our upcoming studios in Jacksonville, FL and Hoboken, NJ, alongside new staff from our active studios in Stamford, CT and Freehold, NJ, plus Train-the-Trainer support for Madison, NJ. ✨
From stretch technique refinement to studio operations, the focus was on sharpening skills and preparing our teams to consistently deliver high-quality assisted stretch care and movement to their communities.
3 simple ways to get more out of your stretch:
Breathe — helps your body relax into the stretch
Communicate with your VSP — so we can adjust in real time
Stay hydrated — hydrated muscles and fascia move better and recover faster
Simple habits that make every stretch more effective.
Instead of forcing your stretch, take it slow. Easing into it is what actually helps your body relax and truly loosen up.
