Today we focused on targeted lymphatic drainage to help reduce swelling and support proper fluid movement in the foot and ankle. By encouraging lymphatic flow and decreasing fluid buildup, we were able to make noticeable progress, with visible reduction in swelling and improved contour by the end of the session.
