Change is scary for all 🫣so please be patient with me as I roll out the following …

Starting mid August my new business hours are:
Tuesday: request only
Wednesday: 9am-6pm
Thursday: 10am-8pm
Friday: 8am-2pm
Saturday: 9am-2pm

Evening and weekend availability is strictly for existing clients. Rebooking is required for existing clients to maintain available evening and weekend hours. New clients are welcome to book day time hours. Willingly to work Tuesdays and other hours outside the outlined business hours by request! I am flexible when availability is communicated efficiently and with respectable timing. My schedule is typically booked 6-8 weeks in advance.
EXISTING CLIENTS— if you are worried about how the new business hours affect your availability to see me please reach out directly so we can work it out together!
***Do not stress—ALL CURRENTLY BOOKED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE HONORED AS IS! ***

I will be moving my booking system from STYLESEAT to GLOSSGENIUS. This transition should be a simple stress free process for you as a client. You will need to add your preferred credit/ debt card to the system. You will still have online booking access and will receive reminders for future appointments. My business model still has a cancellation policy that states any cancellations within 24 hrs/ no show will be charged 100% for the service booked.
I will post a separate post when I’m ready to move 100% to the new booking system. Coming soon 👀

Finally.. Bridal…
I have made the decision to no longer offer bridal party HAIR services. This decision didn’t come easy— over the years my allergy to hairspray has worsen to the point it is not worth it anymore. I will still live up to the contracts I have through 2026. I am still available for single bridal hair services just not multiple back to back services as needed in bridal parties. I am also still offering bridal makeup to parties. Please do still consider me/ Solace Salon for your bridal HAIR needs as we have plenty of bridal stylist offering HAIR services. Thank you to all my past and present brides for trusting me with your special day! I’m very grateful to be apart of your wedding. 🥹

Not my usually hair post —

I wanted to inform everyone that my son Vans soccer season is starting back up in August. I will be scheduling appointments around his games. Please do not take offense if I have to adjust your appointment time to accommodate his game schedule. Last season I was only able to make 3 games— how embarrassing since I make my own schedule. This season I don’t plan on missing any. Life is too short and he will only be little for a small period of time. Thank you in advance for understanding— this boy is the only reason I wake up and go to work everyday. I need to be at every game!
