Notice - If you have Gift Cards, please plan to redeem them NO LATER THAN September 27th, 2025. They are redeemable for Services and Take Home Products. The sale of our building is pending. We are Open and will continue business as usual until September 27, 2025. Retail may become limited, and it may become difficult find the appointment time you need, as that time approaches. We will post again with more details of how you may find your service providers after September 27th, 2025. To schedule an appointment, please call 865-482-4545.

We want to THANK our Team of great people, and our faithful, wonderful, and loyal clients for making Salon 327 not only a success for the past almost 16 years, but also making it a fun, safe , and professional environment for it community. It has been a pleasure to work with ALL of you!!!

Now for clarity around the questions that this imposed:

Our last day working in this amazing environment, at this location, with all of these great people is September 27th. Our hope of a salon continuing here did not happen. With that being said the new owners of our building will not be new owners of the salon. They will be using it for something entirely different. Salon 327, sadly, will be closing. Service providers will be going to new places.

The appointments that are on the schedule between now and September 27th will be just as they are. Please come to those. As always, if you need to change or cancel please do so with a 24 hour notice to us, as we have many clients wanting in.

Our independent stylists, Debbie and Rebecca have a new location and are preparing to see their clients there AFTER our last day at Salon 327 on September 27th. They will be in touch with you and we will post their location soon.

We will share information about the rest of our people as we know. This happened fast and some of us have not found a new place yet. All (with the exceptions of Rebecca and Debbie) appointments after September 27th are suspended. New appointments for after September 27th, will be made by your individual service providers.

Please remeber to redeem your gift cards ASAP.
