A new decade. A fresh start. A brand new book

My 20s were loud, crazy, selfless, tiring. At times I didn’t know if I’d ever get to the point of my life that things would be okay. I loved too hard and didn’t receive it back. I lost friends. I gained friends. I hit rock bottom then came back on top. What a journey. But I am thankful for it all, if I didn’t go through it I wouldn’t have reached the point in my life where I am at now.
I’ve never been more excited for anything than this moment, walking away from a decade that brought me so many lessons so that I could move on to the next one wiser. This moment in my life is peace. I have nothing to prove to anyone, I’m not here to impress anyone, I’m not here to get approval anymore. I’m here to love myself and my family. Be a better women for myself, a better mom for my babies, a better wife for my husband. I thank God everyday for all that I have and what he will continue to do for me. Happy Birthday to me 🤍
