Excited to get back to the beach for a blissful wellness event! Bring a towel or two and some thing to put over yourself to stay warm after a quick but efficient Pilates workout then the relaxing and healing sound bowls of ❤️💆‍♀️✨

Taking a bite out of the sunrise on the East Coast

Happy World Ocean’s day (a week late)! This was 10 years ago my 40th bday in Tahiti where i coined the term “tahiti clear” water. Not sure when after i decided my goal along with helping people was to move to Hawaii to volunteer for coral restoration.
My favorite grandpa also died snorkeling in Kauai.
The Ocean means so much to me and it is so invigorating as i get older to have a mission that i feel so excited about and hopefully will help future generations enjoy the gifts we have 🐠 🤿 🌊
