what makes me happy
is being in island of Jamaica. I feel a sense of everything will be OK. My body goes into a exhale where my nervous system knows it's in an environment that is calming. I will always go back to Jamaica when I need a reset.

Take the time out to celebrate yourself! Birthdays are special to me because God give us the gift of life. Had an amazing time in Jamaica. Cherish every moment they will become beautiful memories.
