Thank y’all for another week of filling my fridge with orders ready for pickup. I’ve been meal prepping for about 6 months now and couldn’t be more grateful for all of my customers and their support !

As some of you may notice this week the calorie counts on certain meals are lower, I found better low calorie ingredients that taste the same as the others I have previously been using. I will continue to work hard to ensure that y’all have high-quality healthy food for the weeks to come !
