From the bottom of my heart I want to thank all of you that have been SUPPORTIVE, KIND, GENEROUS, LOYAL, PATIENT and CARING toward me during the last 13 weeks I have been off work.... I have deep gratitude for you.

Tomorrow I will begin my “new normal” work life. I know for the time being it will be a bit different for all of us but I want to guarantee the quality of your service will remain the same.

Regarding Your Upcoming Appointment:

🤒If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to an individual who has....please reschedule your appointment. There will be a health questionnaire on the door, if you answer NO to any of the questions you will need to reschedule.

🚗At this time the waiting area and beverage bar are unavailable. Please wait in your vehicle until I message you that i am ready to begin.

👤Please come to your appointment alone. If you are accompanying someone that is unable to come alone you will need to stand 6 feet from my work station as well as other technicians and guests around you.

😷You must wear a mask or face covering your entire visit unless you can provide documentation from your physician that you’re medically intolerant to do so.

🧼I will ask you to sanitize your hands upon arrival.

💳Please limit the number of items you bring inside the salon. Please only bring what you will need. The handbag hook and table top will be unavailable for your belongings at this time.

⏰ As always I will provide you with clean and sanitary capes, towels, tools and service space. I am increasing my cleaning and sanitation routine in between guests therefore I please ask you that you are on time for your appointment.

🙅🏼‍♀️Neck and shoulder massage, steamed facial towels and the child prize box will not be offered at this time.

❤️For the first two weeks of opening, the salon has implemented a no blow dry policy. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I have spent the last 3 days dedicated to reviewing guidelines, putting plans into place, many hours of communication with my colleagues at the salon and starting the scheduling process! I feel good about all the progress I have made but still have a lot to do! 😊

I will continue the scheduling process this entire week! As well as give you all the information you will need to know about your appointment!

As you may or may not have heard... Salons are able to open June 15th 🙌🏻

To those of you that have reached out...I am not ignoring you!!!!!
Keeping all of us safe is my priority!

At this time I have finally received the guidelines to safely open and I am coming up with plans alongside my fellow stylists so I am able to start the scheduling process.

Reminder:
I am taking care of my own scheduling once I have all guidelines in place of what your appointments will look like.

What this means is:

I will not be seeing any new guests at this time.

Temporarily, Online Booking is unavailable.

If you contact the salon....our wonderful receptionists will be unable to book your appointment with me but will be happy to take your name and number and provide me with the message. If it’s easier for you to message me directly to relieve them from some of the phone calls please do so!

Good Morning!

I wanted to touch base with all of you as I have received so many messages the last few days.

On Monday the Stay Home order for Michigan was lifted however, Salons are to stay closed.

Once there is a confirmed date for opening and the guidelines for safe opening are announced I will begin scheduling.

I cannot confirm everything at this time how your appointment will be different but just so you’re a bit prepared here a a few things that will be implemented:

1. Plan on waiting in your vehicle or outside while maintaining social distancing until I message you to come in.
2. Plan on wearing a mask your entire visit.
3. Hand sanitization upon your arrival.
4. I will be taking care of my own scheduling therefore you will temporarily no longer be able to book through the front desk or online. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
