Getting a massage before or after (or both😉)a summer vacation is one of my favorite ways to take care of myself. Having relief from tension and pain helps to manage added stress.

Cupping is optional and included with the price of a massage. It uses gentle suction to improve local circulation, release tight fascia, and relieve deep muscle tension. If you'd like to try it out it is a great addition to a therapeutic massage.
