Oh how motherhood has changed my perception of life. I LIVE for this little boy.

Life Update!

I’ll try and keep this short and sweet but it has been a LONG 3 months of hard decisions.

I am starting a new journey of my career. I have chosen to sell my interest in my salon. I had a wonderful last couple of years seeing my vision come to life and actually be super successful! I couldn’t have done it without the support of an incredible salon team and network beyond the salon. No regrets but a ton of life lessons.

I will be focusing on my passion of growing new to the industry stylists and will continue to create beautiful hair. That being said, YES I AM TAKING NEW CLIENTS again. I have shed so many to the talent that supported the salon and I have added an extra day to my work week.

I have huge goals for the next 5 years and I can’t wait to spend that extra time that has freed up with my family and friends. I cannot believe the relationships I have been so lucky to have grown this last year. My circle has never been so strong!

There ain’t no one else id wear these overalls for. Gosh Squid, I just love you! Happy 30. You can’t get rid of me by moving away. I’ll haunt your dreams. Love you!!!

CAUTION ⚠️: The risk of going dark for fall.

If your hair is compromised at all I don’t suggest switching with the seasons, sis. Even a demi-permanent will need to be lightened out of the hair if you go back lighter in the spring. When we retouch your highlights we try not to overlap lightener because of the damage it causes. You could imagine putting dark on your lightened hair and then having to relighten it again what that would do.

Try this for Fall instead. Add demi-permanent lowlights and a root smudge with a few tiny highlights to blend the root area.
