* 6 ears corn, shucked
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 0.5 cup heavy cream
* 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tsp dried parsley
* 0.5 tsp black pepper
* 0.5 tsp paprika

Slice the corn cobs into thirds.
Sauté the minced garlic in the butter in a large frying pan.
Add the corn chunks and pan-fry them until they get slightly brown spots.
Pour the cream into the pan and reduce the heat setting.
Stir in the cheese and seasonings.
Simmer everything until the liquid reduces into a thick, creamy glaze.
