Some people may say Sew ins Braids are not protective style, but here is proof that it is. I’ve been taking care of my daughter hair since day one and I went to Paul’s Mitchell cosmetology school so I learned how to do her hair correctly. It’s all about the texture of the hair. You lack moisture in your hair and scalp that will cause breakage so I teach her day by day since she was 11 years old how to take care of her hair now she’s in the salon suite with me doing the same for others. But here’s a little journey from middle school to high school of her hair journey. She does have a full head of hair, but wear a lot of protective style because she was always in gymnastics, dance, cheer, and now pom-pom.

Cut & Style - Pixie Cut

She original booked for feed in braids. But after examining her hair and realized she permed her hair after last visit the best thing was to do a cut and style. She’s experiencing some hair loss, breakages, and didn’t want to put more attention on the scalp.
As a Stylist, we have to tell our clients what’s best for them especially when they’re on a healthy hair journey. So this is the results of the pixie cut.
