I am struggling and I’m willing to admit I need help.
I have always been a busy person who doesn’t know how to slow down and enjoy the day to day things.
Now that I am more settled into my career and have had my son, I want to work on this part of my health. I’ve done so much work on physical and mental health over the years and this is a huge missing piece of the puzzle in my journey.
