Exciting news. There will be two opening in our community in the next few months.

In February, 2022, an 825 square foot, one bedroom unit will be available for rent for $1700 including all utilities.

Sometime in 2022, a 1750 square foot unit will be available for sale. The living space on the main floor has two bedrooms and a kitchen. There is also a two bedroom apartment with a separate entrance on the lower floor.

Who's ready for a work party?

Working from home during a pandemic has some advantages in a Cohousing Community. Occasionally a neighbor will hand you a latte from Starbucks. And very occasionally, a neighbor will hand you a chocolate chip cookie straight from the oven in time for your 2pm break. 🤩
