I’m Whitney, a massage therapist located in West Olympia with 20 years of experience helping people decrease muscle pain, increase range of motion and improve their quality of life.

I have an in office medical massage practice, and am accepting new patients in January (my waitlist is always open, reach out to be added to it). Mobile Massage sessions are available in Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays.

*Mobile Massage cannot be billed to Insurance & have availability later in October.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is one of the types of Massage Therapy I provide at Breathe.

MLD is a specialized type of medical massage thats goal is to improve lymph fluid flow. It is a very gentle technique and ideally suited for those in pain or recently post op who’s bodies cannot handle deeper massage techniques at this time.

MLD requires a practitioner with advanced training in the Lymphatic system as well as specific tecniques to affect change.

If you are not in the Olympia area and want to add MLD to your wellness routine, please reach out and I will do my best to put you in contact with a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist.
