“My approach to massage is all about finding the balance between giving clients exactly what they want while listening to what their body truly needs. Every treatment should leave you feeling both restored and renewed. Wellness has become a huge part of my life—I’m passionate about physical and mental health, and over the last two years I’ve lost 100 pounds. That journey has completely shaped the way I care for others.”
Q: What are you up to outside of VALO?
A: You can usually find me working out, soaking up the sunshine, or spending time with my nieces and nephews. Anything that gets me moving or spending time with family is my kind of day.
Q: Favorite service to provide?
A: Any massage with cupping! I always say the longer the session, the better. And if you can’t book a longer massage, my favorite tip is to pair your appointment with the PEMF Mat in our Wellness Playground beforehand for the ultimate relaxation experience.
