With advanced training in healing and massage modalities, I’m looking to support women through their entire fertility journeys and nervous system support.

💫 Energy and Somatic work (like Reiki, Spinal Energetics, and Breathwork) help to lower stress levels, decrease tension and pain, and help to release trauma and emotions stuck in the body.

🌸 Fertility massage helps to decrease stress, optimize digestion, absorption and alignment of the pelvic organs to assist in successful fertilization and implantation. This work can be utilized alone or alongside IVF and other fertility treatments.

🤰🏻Pregnancy and Postpartum massage help to decrease stress, tension and pain in pregnant and postpartum women. Advanced training allows me to support women throughout their entire pregnancy and postpartum period, and even work with high risk pregnancy clients including multiples, placenta previa and other complications.
