I attended the *Head to Heart* cohort hosted by The Wellbeing Partners, and wow—what an eye-opening experience! 💡 As a service provider, learning how to recognize the signs of someone going through a crisis is invaluable. The training provided essential tools and insights on how to support individuals in distress, and guide them towards getting the help they need. It's so important to understand not just the signs, but also how to approach these sensitive situations with care and empathy. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow in this area and to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. If you’re in a similar field, I highly recommend joining this cohort! 🙌
