I have been going to DRIP Athletic Club for over a couple years now. When I started looking for a new gym I was nervous since I seemed to be set in my routine at a commercial gym. I wanted to make sure the gym was a little smaller, had all the equipment to train, opened 24 hours so I didn’t have to wait till they opened and able to go in on major holidays. Drip offers all of this.
They have personal trainers which I have not used but by observation these trainers are well educated and informed with what they teach and how they educate.
I do see the sense of community here along with a safe place to train.
With my own journey I have found inspiration in upping my training while going here. The different equipment has helped me to recover from injuries and continue to keep taking care of myself so I can continue helping others through massage and skincare.
