It’s Tuesday, which means squats.

Squats are not easy when you’ve got a bum leg, sore muscles, stress, and every excuse in the world trying to pull you backward. But willpower is built in those hard moments. Fasting teaches it too. Saying no to temptation, junk food, comfort, excuses, and bad habits strengthens the mind just as much as exercise strengthens the body.

We all have will inside us. The problem is many people are taught to depend on quick fixes instead of discipline. Real change usually comes from consistency, movement, better choices, rest, faith, and learning how to control your habits one day at a time.

I still fail some days. Everybody does. But every time you get back up, every squat, every walk, every fast, and every good decision adds up over time.

Growth is uncomfortable. Keep going anyway.
