Letβs get it πͺwith some planks every morning and drink water π¦.
1β’ Kneel on an exercise mat, and then place your hands on the floor to come into onto all-fours.
2β’ Plant your forearms on the floor, parallel to each other.
3β’ Raise your knees off the floor and lengthen your legs until they are in line with your arms. Remind suspended in Plank for 30 seconds building up to 2 minutes.
