Let’s get it πŸ’ͺwith some planks every morning and drink water πŸ’¦.

1β€’ Kneel on an exercise mat, and then place your hands on the floor to come into onto all-fours.

2β€’ Plant your forearms on the floor, parallel to each other.

3β€’ Raise your knees off the floor and lengthen your legs until they are in line with your arms. Remind suspended in Plank for 30 seconds building up to 2 minutes.
