This is what it looks like when you jam your thumb, and mess up your wrist. Then days later, while doing laundry, stub your toe and slip, only to catch yourself with the aforementioned hurt wrist... And then are too lazy to go to the store and buy a real wrist wrap for it 😂
Made with a kitchen rag, a couple "Salon Pas" patches, Frozen gel pack from the freezer and one of my lady's "Hair Scrunchies"! I'm sure this makes me a runner-up for the "Lazy Man's MacGyver of the Year Award"! 😉👌
